The Oakwood Village Townhomes are managed by Z & R Property Management. All homes pay the same dues amount. Assessments are due on the first of each month and are considered late if received after the 30th of the month, when a $15.00 late fee is imposed. The Association's Fiscal year runs January to December.
Trash removal is provided by the HOA and paid for by Homeowner assessments. Trash collection day is Tuesday. Please store away your trash toter as soon as possible after collection.
